There’s an exclusive premiere today (10) on Star+ and we’ll show you everything! ‘Dois Tempos’, new original Brazilian series from the Star Original label Productions, arrives exclusively on the platform this Wednesday, with all episodes available. The plot follows the story of Paz (Sol Menezzes) and Cecília (Mari Oliveira), two girls who travel through time and end up in each other’s bodies (and in the century).
In a drama, comedy and fantasy tone, the series accompanies Paz, the biggest Brazilian influencer of 2022, who sees her world fall apart when she is canceled on the internet and loses many followers and contracts, and Cecília, a writer from 1922, who is forced to to marry a man she doesn’t love. Trapped in their rooms and with no prospect of escaping their fate, the girls express the same desire: “I don’t want much, I just want to be free”.
Very attentive, the universe decides to help them. Mysteriously, they travel through time and wake up in each other’s bodies. Living in different centuries, the two face the problems and wonders of each reality and rethink female issues of their respective times, while seeking their new roles in the world.
In addition to the protagonists, the cast of ‘Dois Tempos’ also includes Paulo Rocha, Leonardo Bianchi, Isabella Moreira, Luiza Nery, Dadá Coelho, Agda Couto, Martha Nowill, Isabela Mariotto, Breno Ferreira, Pâmela Germano, Duda Pimenta, Nicolas Ahnert, Letícia Novaes (Letrux) and Túlio Starling, among others.
