The CEO and executive director of the entertainment division of Barry CompanyJuliana Funaro, will participate in the Film Market, one of the most important markets in the audiovisual sector in the world, which takes place during the Cannes Festival of Creativity. At the invitation of Collective 50/50, one of the largest female collectives in the world on the issue of gender parity in audiovisual, in partnership with The World Cinema FactoryJuliana will be one of the panelists at the panel “Parity, equality, diversity: international initiatives”, which will be held on May 19, at 3 pm.
Juliana, who is the director of the international arm of the Mais Mulheres collective, will also participate in an exclusive meeting with the general delegate of the Collective 50/50, Fanny de Casimacker, and already has meetings scheduled with producers, distributors and sales agents during the Market. A Barry Company will take three projects under development and the film “Uma Família Feliz”, in the finalization phase, to be presented and marketed to players and foreign partners.
