Former head of NBC Universal’s advertising division, Linda Yaccarino, was announced as the new CEO of Twitter this Friday (12). In a post on his own Twitter profile, Elon Musk confirmed the information.
“I am pleased to welcome Linda Yaccarino as the new CEO of Twitter! Linda will focus primarily on business operations while I focus on product design and new technologies. Looking forward to working with Linda to transform this platform into X, the app of everything,” shared the billionaire.

In a publication on the social network, Musk also stated that Linda will take office in six weeks.
