Rodízio model with chopp refill was successful last year, during the Soccer World Cup, and is now returning at the request of customers, for a limited time
A Brazilian passion, as strong as the Outback Steakhouse and the Brahma draft beer, is rodizio. Uniting the three in one place was a great goal scored last year, during the Soccer World Cup. And now it’s time for the encore!
After the great success of the campaign, the brands decided to unite again and present the offer in a new format. During the Billabong Hour at the Australian-themed restaurant, which takes place from 5 pm to 8 pm, and for a limited time, the public will be able to consume light or dark Brahma draft beer (340 ml, in refill) with unlimited appetizers for R$ 99.90.
As in the previous edition, Guaraná Antarctica subscribes to the non-alcoholic option, guaranteeing a refill for R$94.90 or for the offer for children under 12 years old, with a special price of R$54.90 (valid for soda or iced tea).
Appetizers served on the all-you-can-eat buffet include Outback classics like Billy Ribs, Kookaburra Wings, Cheddar Fries, Nachos and Bloom Petals. The offer is always valid from Monday to Friday (except on holidays), in all physical Outback restaurants throughout Brazil.
“We couldn’t be more pleased to resume and further strengthen our partnership of so many years and such success with Brahma. Outback and draft beer in a frozen mug are practically synonymous and the public will once again have access to a lot of bold flavour, for a super attractive price. When we launched the rotation offer for the first time last year, we saw very quick adoption and great success among our customers, who asked a lot for this campaign to come back. We always take the opinion of our public very much into consideration and, as the official place for the celebration and the good times, we decided to serve them and bring back the offer at a very special time for us, our Billabong Hour”, comments Renata Lamarco, director of Marketing by Bloomin Brands, owner of the Outback Steakhouse brand in Brazil.
For Ambev, which owns the Brahma brand, the partnership is also very satisfactory.
“After the success of the Chopp Refill, it was clear that the Rodízio with Chopp Brahma was an excellent option for the consumer who wants to offer incredible moments. So, together with Outback, we created a new way to celebrate, combining Brahma draft beer in the iconic frozen mug and the house’s main appetizers. Brahmosity joined the Bold Flavourthe Outback Rodízio with Chopp Brahma is on!”, concludes Maria Rachel Carvalho, manager of Marketing at Ambev.
