The brand celebrates the date for the third time in Brazil with discount coupons and exclusive items to engage Brazilian consumers
Reese’s, brand of The Hershey Company, is celebrating for the third consecutive year in Brazil, on May 18, I Love Reese’s Day, a date created affectionately by fans to honor the famous chocolate filled with American peanut butter (Peanut Butter).
The day was chosen as it falls between Peanut Butter Lover’s Day in March and Chocolate Day in July. With the concept “Ningum Reeseste”, the campaign created by Publicis Brasil has a strategy throughout the month of May to find Brazilian fans and discover the rituals and ways in which Brazilians eat Reeses.
“We want to provide a unique experience to our consumers, offering exclusive content and special promotions in our e-commerce for ReesesLovers, so that they can celebrate this date with us”, says Camila Ribeiro, Head of Marketing at Hershey for America Latin.
With a 360 marketing strategy, Reeses is investing in Hersheys e-commerce actions, which involves discount coupons on products and other promotions, such as the production of exclusive items, such as a Reeses sweatshirt and personalized socks. In addition, with each purchase made at Hersheys e-commerce for Reeses products over R$100, consumers will also receive a personalized can.
The campaign also includes a partnership with more than 530 influencers and an action with The Insiders, in addition to a team of Reeses Lovers such as the profiles Juliano Floss, Giovana Camile, Lucas Bley, Greengo Dictionary, Marcus Carvalho, Gui Oliveira and other names that translate the persona of Reeses.
On May 18, on D-Day, Reeses will also promote a live on the StreamShop platform. During the broadcast, fans will be able to enjoy exclusive promotions and interact with other Reeses Lovers.
