Presenter debuted on the São Paulo broadcaster in January last year
Fausto Silva is leaving Band after a year and a half on the station’s programming. According to a statement, the presenter “will leave the daily program in the second half” of this year.
Also according to Band, in a note, the channel stated that it would ‘continue investing in this entertainment range with daily attractions and news that will be announced soon’.
The presenter left Globo at the end of 2021, and debuted on Band at the beginning of last year, in a daily program. When it was announced, at the time, the broadcaster even said that Faust was an old dream.

“In agreement with Band, presenter Fausto Silva will leave the daily program in the second half. Upon leaving, Fausto will have commanded Band nights with competence and professionalism for a year and a half. Fausto na Band, with more than 700 hours of programming, 350 editions and the participation of the biggest names in the artistic class in Brazil, brought joy, fun and information to millions of Brazilian families. Band will continue investing in this entertainment range with daily attractions and news that will be announced soon.“
