Totoy launched an advertising campaign to raise awareness of the importance of childhood vaccination, entitled “Vaccine yes, Vaccine now!”.
With the aim of encouraging families to vaccinate their children, the film tells the story of José Comilo, who comes down from his mountain with the mission of getting vaccinated. Upon arriving at the health center, he updates his vaccination booklet, showing that the process is painless and can save many lives.
The world is experiencing the highest rate of childhood non-vaccination in history. UNICEF estimates indicate that there are at least 750,000 Brazilian children without any type of vaccine. Society needs to mobilize to change this scenario, said Armando Colussi, Managing Partner of Totoy.
The creation is part of a series of awareness initiatives carried out in partnership with UNICEF, such as the distribution of an educational booklet, physical activation of the action and wide dissemination on social media.
