Support for traditional festivals reinforces iFood’s commitment to its roots and to Brazilian popular culture.
iFood, a Brazilian technology company, will be present on this very special date with the sponsorship of the traditional São João de Caruaru, in Pernambuco, and assumed the we of the event iFood Arraial Estrelado 2023, in So Paulo.
iFood was born in Brazil and as good Brazilians we know the importance that June parties have for people and our culture. For iFood, supporting these moments helps reinforce all the company’s Brazilian character and its roots. Furthermore, when we think of São João, typical foods are a reference and iFood is a specialist in this area, says Ana Gabriela Lopes, iFood’s marketing director.
This year, São João de Caruaru, in Pernambuco, will last for 65 days, starting with the São João Polo in Roa, until the opening of the long-awaited Luiz Gonzaga Events Courtyard, which will take place on June 3rd and will run until July. On this stage, artists such as Ivete Sangalo, Aline Barros, Simone Mendes, Bell Marques, Luan Santana, Gustavo Lima, Joelma, among others, will be received.
At iFood Arraial Estrelado 2023, partygoers will find an event full of spaces that refer to the more traditional June festivities, such as stalls with food and games. The festival takes place throughout the month of July, in So Paulo, and will feature names in Brazilian music such as Elba Ramalho, Luan Santana, Bruno e Marrone, Alceu Valena, Wesley Safado, Hugo & Guilherme, Falamansa, Caro and Gilmar, Z Neto and Cristiano, Clayton and Romrio, Zez Di Camargo, DDP and Turma do Pagode.
Like So Joo de Caruaru, iFood Arraial Estrelado will have exclusive brand spaces such as areas with typical food stalls in Vila iFood, with several restaurants that will guarantee the favorite dishes of Brazilians.
With the action of sponsoring important and traditional events in the country, iFood seeks to reinforce the brand’s Brazilian character.
