Brazilian director Vellas was awarded the Grand Prix of the night, with the play ‘Shout’, for Telefnica
The winners of the 2023 edition of Ciclope Latino were announced this Thursday night (25th), in a ceremony that took place at the Museum of Image and Sound (MIS), in So Paulo. The big prize of the night, the Grand Prix, went to Telefnica’s work, Shout, directed by Brazilian director Vellas.
The award dedicated to Film Craft in commercials, music videos and short films has the collaboration of APRO, through its International Platform – FilmBrazil, which has a partnership with the Brazilian Agency for the Promotion of Exports and Investments (ApexBrasil).
Always very rewarding to be able to celebrate creativity and craftsmanship in production, in such ephemeral times nothing replaces a well-told story, with powerful storytelling and production value. In 2022, it is estimated that 5% of the total USD 34 million of our exports will have been to Mexico, we hope to be able to further encourage this exchange in the coming years, said Marianna Souza, Executive President of APRO.
