Specialized in the Science of Happiness, Savi has an MBA in Positive Psychology, Neuroscience and Behavior and obtained the certification of Chief Happiness Officer, or Gestora da Happiness, being responsible, together with Vinicius Kitahara, specialist in Corporate Happiness, for developing strategies and actions that promote corporate happiness at Chilli Beans, improving engagement and productivity rates for the entire team and, consequently, for the company as a whole.
I have people who have worked with me at Chilli Beans for over 20 years. The people are happy in here, but of course we can always improve. The work with Denize and Vinicius has this focus.
