RD Station, leader in technology solutions for digital marketing and sales in Brazil, announces the purchase of Exact Sales, a leading company in the Sales Engagement category, focused on technology for prospecting and qualifying potential customers.
The acquisition, which is the largest ever carried out by the company, involved 100% of Exact’s share capital, for the amount paid in cash of R$51 million. Additionally, the agreement provides for the payment of a supplementary purchase price, subject to the achievement of targets established for the company for the years 2024 and 2025.
The movement is part of a growing investment by RD Station in expanding its portfolio, complementing the recent announcements of the acquisition of Tallos, with an important reinforcement in conversational, as well as the partnership with Shopify and the arrival of Lexos, with a focus on the market of e-commerce.

Exact Sales was founded in 2015, and currently has over 15,000 users. The company offers solutions for prospecting and qualifying potential clients, serving both startups how big players of their respective markets. Its main objective is to improve the conversion rates of sales teams, reducing total negotiation cycles and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
In recent years, Exact has also made two important acquisitions to complement its offerings: Resultys, in 2020, with the scope of Searching, which offers a B2B contact base for prospecting, expanding options for its customers; and Magic Write, earlier this year, focusing on artificial intelligence for content production, such as social media texts and advertisements, which is a great value delivery to marketing teams, including RD Station Marketing users, given the relevance for strategies of inbound.
