Yes, ladies and gentlemen. Last weekend, we had another chapter of fight advertising between Burger King and Mc Donald’s, which always give us a lesson in creativity and make us laugh. This is the kind of fight Adnews loves to watch!
One of the largest operations fast food of Brazil, Burger King carried out another action out of home in São Paulo (SP). Using artificial intelligence resources, the brand asked ChatGPT about which is the biggest hamburger in the world, and the result was the Whopper.
The action was conceived by the agency David São Paulo, and is a direct response to the main competitor’s campaign, which presents the definition of the most iconic hamburger in the world.
“Burger King’s Whopper is the biggest in terms of size and amount of ingredients. The burger is known for its generous size, and consists of a fire-grilled beef patty, sesame seed bun, cheese, tomato, pickles, onion, mayonnaise and ketchup. It is considered a robust and satisfying burger, being an option for those who want a more substantial meal. However, it is important to note that the size and quantity of ingredients may vary by country or region,” replied the tool.
The definition was installed on a totem with the brand’s logo and the signature “O mA.Ioral.”, highlighting the letters ‘A’, from Artificialand ‘I’, from Intelligence. O design applied was exactly the same as what Mc Donald’s used in its campaign.
Also on a totem, the brand installed the answer given by ChatGPT about which is the most iconic hamburger in the world, signed “I. I love all of this very much.” and highlighted the letters ‘I’ and ‘A’ in their traditional slogan.
“The most iconic hamburger in the world is probably the Big Mac, from the chain of fast food McDonalds. The Big Mac was created in 1967 by Jim Delligatti, a McDonald’s franchisee in the United States, and quickly became a popular menu item around the world. The burger consists of two meat patties, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions and the famous special sauce, all served on a sesame bun with an extra layer of bread in the middle. The Big Mac is often used as a symbol of globalization and the culture of the fast food”, define a IA.
