Advertising agency Fbiz announces three promotions in the customer service area, led by Lara Magalhães, head of Business at the agency. Thati Bissoli is the new director of the Group of Accounts and will lead clients Banco Bmg, Google Cloud, CPFL Energia, TOTVS and Samsung. Marília Marchi will act as director of Accounts, serving Warner, Google Pay, PUMA and Rolex, and Raphael Varella will be the director of Accounts responsible for Samsung.

Thati Bissoli has been with the agency since 2016. She found herself as a publicist after a solid career in Journalism, during which time she was responsible for coordinating content for digital platforms at Abril, Alto Astral and Rickdan. At Fbiz, where she started as a supervisor, she worked for Netshoes, Zattini, Honda Motos, Ovaltine, TOTVS, CPFL, Google, among others. With experience in communication, marketing, projects and people management, Thati assumed the position of Business Director at the b2biz unit in 2022.
Marília Marchi graduated from ESPM, with an additional semester at Libera Università di Lingue e Comunicazione (IULM) in Milan. She has 15 years of experience in communication and began her career working with promotions and events for clients such as Nestlé, Bauducco, Bradesco, Lenovo and Renner. As of 2013, in the Publicis group, she worked for Nestlé and, for five years, worked on other accounts, such as P&G, Sanofi and Groupe SEB (Arno and Rochedo), in addition to new businesses. Since 2019 at Fbiz, Marília has worked with CPFL Energia and Visa, and this year, she took over as Customer Service at Warner, Google Pay, PUMA and Rolex.
Raphael Varella arrived at Fbiz in 2021 as an Account Manager, and his main client is Samsung. Before that, he had experience in the areas of marketing and communication, with a passage through Allianz Parque da WTorre, in addition to having worked on the Topper, Rainha and Saucony brands for BR Sports. His relationship with Samsung began at the Purpple agency, at the launch of the QDrive washer and dryer and the Galaxy S20 FE. The trait that best describes Raphael Varella is his creative adaptability.
