The week comes to an end with some changes in the branches, the main one being the change of command at Gray Brasil. Luciana Rodrigues announced her departure as CEO at the beginning of the week and, in her place, Manir Fadel arrived.
In 2010, Fadel was elected one of the 10 most awarded creatives at Cannes and in 2022 he was a juror in the Social & Influencer category. In addition, winner of 26 Lions at Cannes Lions.
At WMcCann, the then content director Patrcia Colombo was promoted to head of the area. For two and a half years at the agency, the executive was in charge of customer actions such as Chevrolet and Seara, for example.

Artplan already announced the arrival of Mariana S as Chief Creative Officer. The professional, who recently left WMcCann, will work nationwide, and in So Paulo she will work in partnership with CEO Glucia Montanha and report directly to the partner and president of the agency, Antonio Fadiga.
With the new structure, Marcello Noronha, creative director in Rio de Janeiro; and Gustavo Tirre, creative director for Braslia, will report directly to the executive.
At Fbiz, the novelty was three promotions in the Customer Service area, led by Lara Magalhes, head of business at the agency. Thati Bissoli will be the new director of the Group of Accounts and will be in charge of clients Banco Bmg, Google Cloud, CPFL Energia, TOTVS and Samsung.
Marlia Marchi will act as director of accounts, serving Warner, Google Pay, PUMA and Rolex, and Raphael Varella will be the director of accounts responsible for Samsung.

The agency OMZ reinforced its team with the arrival of Adriana Mastelli, the new art director. The professional brings experience in the field of design and an innovative vision that makes her a valuable addition to the creative team at OMZ.
With 20 years of experience, Adriana started her career as an Art Director at a publishing company, where she worked with children’s and games magazines, developing a unique creative approach to visual communication.
During her career, Adriana had the opportunity to serve several clients, including Porto Seguro, Unilever and Embraer.

Retail Media reinforces its commercial team by hiring two new professionals. Danielle Saudades and Valeria Guerra join the team, who will act as executive sales managers.
The new reinforcements will respond to the commercial head of So Paulo, Mariana Gottardi; and to Retail Media’s national sales director, Felipe Avoletta.

LLYC announced Fernanda Daniel as the new director of talent for the Southern region, which includes Argentina, Brazil and Chile. Fernanda is a psychologist with a postgraduate degree in Strategic People Management from FAAP (Fundao Armando lvares Penteado), with specializations including certification in executive coaching and cultural transformation.
Fernanda has accumulated experience in renowned companies in the financial services, e-commerce and technology/foodtech sectors. Throughout her trajectory, she acted as HRBP (human resources business partner) of executives and strategic areas, such as technology, data and Artificial Intelligence, Growth and Logistics.
