Globo did well with its schedule at normal time. Without the usual night football due to a break in the Brasileirão, Jornal Nacional had its best audience on Wednesday in nine months, the soap opera ‘Vai na Fé’ achieved its best performance on this day of the week, and ‘Terra e Paixão’ nearly equaled his record.
The news program commanded by William Bonner and Renata Vasconcellos scored 27.3 audience points in greater São Paulo (SP). The newscast had not seen such high numbers on a Wednesday since September 21 of last year, when it had registered 28.4 points. Yesterday (14) JN almost repeated the 2023 record of March 27, the day it reached 27.5 points.
As it did not need to air earlier, ‘Vai na Fé’ scored 25.9 points, its best performance on a Wednesday. The previous record was 24.7 points, recorded on March 29. ‘Terra e Paixão’ also benefited and reached 26.3 points, a record for Walcyr Carrasco’s soap opera so far and the same index that had already been recorded on two other occasions, on the last 5th and 6th of June.
