Michel Gubeissi, Head Of Production, will be responsible for discipline, which happens to have three different delivery currencies for the area
Wunderman Thompson Brazil has announced a restructuring of its production team, with the aim of strengthening its ability to offer relevant solutions to its customers.
Under the leadership of CCO, Keka Morelle, the agency appointed Michel Gubeissi, Head Of Production, as head of discipline and established three separate delivery divisions for the area.
The first of these is the production of ideas, which aims to work with specific requests from client brands. The second is the production of assets, whose focus is the automation and scale of the projects worked together with the brands. And finally, the production of influence, which aims to create materials linked to the agency’s content and influence strategies.
“We understand that production is a strategic pillar for WT and for our deliveries to customers. The changes in the area and Michel’s leadership will ensure that the diversity of our ideas continues to be efficient, both in terms of production scale and in guaranteeing craft and the look of co-creation and collaboration for the production of influence”, said Keka Morelle, CCO of WT Brasil.
The team led by Michel consists of 25 professionals, including Carol Pimentel (Senior Producer), Flvio Colela (Production Manager), Ana Mello (Senior Producer), Marcia Granja (Audiovisual Production Manager), Tati Medeiros (Audiovisual Production Manager) , and Juliana Pereira (Production Manager). This change aims to meet the specific needs of each project, allowing maximum quality and efficiency in all production phases.
“Working with production today is navigating the confluence of art and business, transforming the intangible into the tangible, while keeping the pulse of the business. Every project we take forward has the ability to shape the way the world has fun and learns”, added Michel Gubeissi, Head Of Production at WT Brasil.
