While the Cannes Lions reward the greatest cases of creativity in the world in France, we heat up the engines for the main event of digital knowledge, innovation and business opportunities in the capital of São Paulo! The ‘Digitalks Expo 2023’ will be held on the 23rd and 24th of August at São Paulo Expo, destination of the main events in Latin America, and hopes to break last year’s record and audience, when it received more than 8 thousand people.
To start our ‘Esquenta’, nothing better than recalling the highlights of the 2022 event, which also featured Adnews coverage at all stages of the event. Let’s go list!
#1 Stages
The ‘Digitalks Expo 2022’ featured 12 stages, responsible for offering 16 hours of content! They were: Ads & Digital Marketing, which this year will have Adnews in charge of the curatorship, with an offer from Warner Bros. Discovery; Innovation Experience, Digitalks Executive, Master Talks, Fintech View, Blockmaster, Digitalks Health Summit, Business Trend, Brand Gamification Talks, Connecting People and ABRADi. Just by the names, you can already have an idea of what’s coming this year, right?
#2 Speakers
Weight names? Oops, we had several! Several personalities took to the stage of the event to share their professional and personal experiences with the public, teach and give their opinion on the most current themes within Communication, Technology and Business, and provide space for the exchange of knowledge. To name a few, we had the writer best seller Martha Gabriel, who is already a confirmed presence at ‘Digitalks Expo 2023’; Microsoft President Tania Cosentino; Mexican Eduardo Guizar, former international collaborator of the Jet Propulsion Lab (JPL) at NASA’s Mars Science Laboratory (MSL); the CEO of NBA Brazil, Rodrigo Vicentini; CNN Brasil journalist Phelipe Siani; the founder of Flow Studies and Flow Podcast, Igor 3k; and Caio Carvalho, director of Grupo Bandeirantes de Comunicação.

Production within the event? We had too! The ‘Digitalks Expo 2022’ opened space for the recording of several talk shows and podcastsin addition to intensive coverage by CNN Brasil.
#4 live streaming
Anyone unable to attend São Paulo Expo on August 24th and 25th, 2022 was not left out of Digitalks. The event was broadcast live on the portal, which reached 6,000 views.
#5 Exhibitors
Networking who speaks, right? It wasn’t missing. Everyone knows that the ‘Digitalks Expo’ is an excellent opportunity to get to know in depth the work of different companies, make professional contacts and close partnerships. In 2022 it was no different, as the big brands brought a little bit of their work to the stands of the event, with promotional materials and exclusive activations. Among them, we can highlight Shutterstock, Reclame Aqui, Alelo, Dinamize and WeWork.
The 2022 edition marked the return of the ‘Digitalks Expo’ to the face-to-face model after the pandemic, a period in which it was held for free and virtually. This strategy was fundamental to solidify the event nationally, and resulted in the success observed last year, which the organization hopes to surpass this year.
“More than 8,000 people and 16 hours of content was the balance achieved by ‘Digitalks Expo 2022’. With speakers at the height, the event addressed the biggest business and technology trends in the market with a wide range of knowledge, providing a lot of knowledge through the 337 speakers. To complement, marking the first post-pandemic edition of the event with excellence, we had a networking sensational, encompassing and including all sectors and aspects that were present. It was, in fact, a success that we hope to repeat. Or rather, overcome”, celebrates Flávio Horta, CEO of Digitalks.
