MField announced the restructuring of its Creative Hub, along with the hiring of Mickael Prass, who will take over the position of Creative and Content Director, Thiago Queiroz, for the chair of Creative Lead and Caroline Kurosawa as new Creative Operations.
The move is part of the company’s founders’ investment in increasingly integrating the creation and content, artistic and business intelligence areas. In the change, the expectation is to unite the ideas, knowledge and expertise of different professionals within the staff in the co-creation of projects and campaigns.

As Creative Director, my role will be to develop more and more the creativity and analytical capacity of the companies. our people, so that they lead our partners towards the desired results through influence”, said Mickael, who will lead the Hub.
