Vivo announced its return as a sponsor of the Parintins Festival, an event that celebrates the folk culture of the Amazon. Between the 30th of June and the 2nd of July, the brand will be present at the party organized by the fans of Boi Caprichoso and Boi Garantido.
The brand’s presence at the festival will rely on a campaign focused on OOH and PDVs, which brings the colors of Garantido and Caprichoso, as well as references to Amazonian culture and the Festival.
“Vivo believes in culture as a tool for approaching and transforming society, which is why it encourages initiatives that are genuinely Brazilian. Being in Partintins reinforces the brand’s proximity to the local culture in such an iconic and traditional festival in our country”, explained Marina Daineze, director of Brand and Communication at Vivo.
In addition, Vivo will count on the influencer and presenter Vivian Amorim to expand the brand’s participation with a focus on social networks. The digital channels of Vivo and Vivo Cultura also have special content about the Festival.
“Sponsorship of the Parintins Festival strengthens Vivo’s operations not only in Amazonas, but also reflects the company’s position in supporting cultural initiatives in the region that mobilize and attract audiences from different regions of the world, promoting the local economy”, pointed out Marcelo Campos, director of Vivo in the North Region.
