Cazé TV announced the expansion of its partnership with FIFA for the live transmission of the 64 games of the 2023 Women’s World Cup. The tournament will be held in Australia and New Zealand, between the 20th of July and the 20th of August. The Brazilian Women’s National Team is already there, preparing for the competition.
The news was announced last Sunday (2) during the break between Athletico Paranaense x Palmeiras, a game that Cazé TV broadcast to subscribers on YouTube and Twitch. In addition to live matches, the channel promises a variety of content and special programming produced both at the match venues and in Brazil.
Initially, Casimiro’s channel would broadcast one duel per day, following the model practiced in the Men’s World Cup, held in Qatar, in 2022. However, with the change, 100% of the upcoming competition will be available for free to the Brazilian public on Cazé TV platforms, in addition to streaming FIFA+.
In total, Cazé TV promises to deliver 250 hours of live content. In the channel’s studios, a team of influencers composed of Luisinho, Beltrão, Yara Fantoni, Ju Cabral, Belle Suarez and Letícia Macedo, in addition to other guests and Casimiro himself, will be in charge of transmissions and special programming. Meanwhile, journalist Fernanda Gentil will be in charge of reporting in loco and former player Milene Domingues will be one of the commentators.
Cazé TV, a partnership between LiveMode and streamer Casimiro, had more than 65% of its audience between 13 and 33 years old during the World Cup in Qatar, broke world audience records on YouTube and reached more than 1.3 billion videos views on the social networks.
For this edition, in addition to Cazé TV, the Mundial will also be on Grupo Globo’s schedule, with games on free-to-air TV, on streaming Globoplay, on GE.com, on SporTV and on Rádio Transamérica.
