Diego Olavarria and Luis Guerricagoitia join the team of partners
The meeting of LLYC Partners SL – a company that brings together the shares of the professional partners of LLYC (Llorente & Cuenca, SA), a company listed on BME Growth, of which it holds 54.27% of its share capital – agreed with the appointment of two new partners. They are Diego Olavarria, general director of Deep Digital for the Southern Region (Brazil, Argentina and Chile), who works directly from So Paulo, and Luis Guerricagoitia, senior director of Financial Communication at the office in Madrid.
The announcement took place at the Meeting of Partners held in Madrid by the communications, digital marketing and public relations consultancy, in which they analyze the evolution of the business this year and the main keys of the Strategic Plan with which the company is expected to practically double the size of the company by 2025 .
For José Antonio Llorente, founding partner and president of LLYC, Luis and Diego are an example of effort, value, contribution and commitment that the company recognizes. “We are in a moment of growth and transformation, in which our model of partnership is more valuable than ever, both to develop and retain our best professionals and to promote together our vision and future objectives”, he declared.
Diego Olavarria General Director of Deep Digital for the Southern Region (composed of Argentina, Brazil and Chile), based in the So Paulo office. Graduated in Journalism from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, he worked for six years in television at Grupo Bandeirantes de Comunicação. Before joining LLYC, he was one of those responsible for the digital communication area of the Government of the State of So Paulo and for the Secretary of State for Education. Since then, he has created and implemented Communication and Marketing projects for clients such as Amazon Web Services, Hilton, Emirates, Everis, Natura, Light Energia, Sonae Sierra Brasil, Boeing, Demarest, ABB, Eicon, EDP, among others.

Luis Guerricagoitia Senior Director of Financial Communications. He has extensive experience in advising on M&A and capital market operations. He participated in the main transactions carried out in Spain in recent years: the IPO of Acciona Energa, the acquisition of Bankia by Caixabank or the tender offer of Siemens Energy for Siemens Gamesa. In 2022, he positioned himself as the number 1 M&A communication consultant in Spain, both in number of operations and in value, according to the Mergermarket platform. Prior to joining LLYC, he worked in the Communication departments of CNMV and ING in Spain. Graduated in Business Administration and Management from the University of Deusto and Master in Journalism from Escuela UAM – El Pas.
With these two new appointments, the company is now represented by a total of 33 partners, 18 in Europe and 15 in operations in the Americas.
