Agency bets on growth and qualification of the team of professionals
Growing up is not only going to be bigger, it is also going to be better. With that in mind, Nacional, which has been on the market for 32 years, has competed in around 30 bids in the last three years. And it set in motion an investment plan in quality.
In Brasilia, Nacional had four important achievements between the years 2021 and 2023: first came the account from the so-called Ministry of Regional Development, today MIDR and Ministry of Cities, then the account from Secom (Presidency of the Republic), which has just completing a year in the house, then the Ministry of Citizenship, today MDS Ministry of Social Development. And finally, winning the Ministry of Health.
To honor its name, Nacional competed in six competitions outside the Rio de Janeiro/Braslia axis, states where it had concentrated until then. With this operating strategy, the agency included the account of the government of the State of Rondnia in its client portfolio, and is now investing in a new office that is more suitable for its team in the north of the country.
During the pandemic and post-pandemic, we fought and participated in around 30 competitions in different places and we invested heavily in hiring and intelligence. With the move to a new and modern headquarters in Brasilia, the agency received new professionals in several areas. Firstly in Creation and Service – sectors that build Nacional’s DNA. But it didn’t stop there, and changes came in the sectors of product and business infrastructure Planning, Media, Production, until arriving at the administrative team, which received the reinforcement of a specific unit directed to the Legal department which, among other matters, is dedicated to the management of the company compliance.
