Cecilia Bottai Mondino will lead the company’s portfolio of beer and non-alcoholic beverage brands in Brazil
After three years in the global leadership of international beer brands and innovations at Heineken’s headquarters in the Netherlands, Cecilia Bottai Mondino returns to the Brazilian operation to assume the position of vice president of marketing for the brewery.
The executive will lead the portfolio of beer and non-alcoholic beverage brands for the Heineken Group in Brazil.
Cecilia had her first stint at the Brazilian operation between 2017 and 2020, during which time she served as director of brands mainstream. In his current position, he led transformation projects in brand building, especially with Desperados and Tiger in the European and Asian markets.
The executive began her career at Danone, where she worked for 14 years in the marketing area of operations in Brazil and France. Before joining the brewery in 2017, she served as director of BRF’s Sadia and Perdigo brands.
Graduated in Economics from the University of São Paulo, she has a degree in collaborative leadership from INSEAD, in France.
