The arrival of a new marketing VP at Grupo Heineken was one of the main movements of the market this week. After three years at Heineken in the Netherlands, Cecilia Bottai Mondino is back at the Brazilian operation to assume the position of vice-president of marketing for the brewery.
The executive will lead the portfolio of beer and non-alcoholic beverage brands for the Heineken Group in Brazil. Cecilia had her first stint at the Brazilian operation between 2017 and 2020, during which time she served as director of brands mainstream.
In the world of agencies, there has been a switch of agencies. Former CSO of Gut SP, Amanda Agostini landed at BETC Has. She took the role of VP of strategy for the agency.
Agostini has led teams responsible for global and regional projects for companies such as Mastercard, Mercado Livre, QuintoAndar, Z Delivery, TIM, Nivea, Nestl, McDonald’s and General Motors.

A Isla So Paulo expanded its team dedicated to the agency’s digital deliveries with the arrival of earth radiusart director and digital designer, and Cludio Gomescommunity manager.
With expertise in advertising and fashion, Raio graduated in Design and Visual Arts from Unespar, FAAP and EBAC, has worked for clients such as Netflix, Pantene, and Burger King.
Graduated in journalism from the University of Santo Amaro, Cludio previously worked for the social listening platform Plusoft Social, serving clients such as Nestl and BMG, and at Atento Brasil, where he responded to customer service for Unilever brands, in particular Ben & Jerry’s.

The executive Thiago Leite became a partner and CRO of Omnik, a company of the FCamara Group. At the age of 34 and with more than 14 years of experience in the market, he has been acting as CRO at FCamara in recent months. He has also held the position of CEO at prominent startups such as Umanni, Simprax and Plyns, in addition to having been the revenue pillar at companies such as Hondana, Pricefy and uShark.
