Experiencing a great moment in Band’s programming, Neto started this Sunday (16) a new challenge in his career on television. Now, the star is in charge of the ‘Final Whistle’, broadcast across Brazil from 10 pm.
The sports program replaces ‘Terceiro Tempo’, which Milton Neves presented for more than 20 years on Record and Band stations. According to columnist Flávio Ricco, from R7, Neto will be joined by Lívia Nepomuceno and Marília Ruiz at the new sports attraction.
The program’s proposal is to do a sports tour during the week, so that the public can stay on top of everything that happens in the world of football, on and off the field. There will be interviews in the studio, with special guests, and also recorded.
“We are going to do a differentiated post-game. The idea is to show all the unfolding of who won or lost the match, which players stood out, who didn’t do so well, in addition to disclosing a summary with statistics”, said the former player.
Regarding the pictures, the ‘Goals da Quebrada’, with the goals of amateur football, from floodplain, received by social networks; the ‘Sacred Monster’, with the five most beautiful goals of the round; the ‘Pé de Rato’, space dedicated to a missed goal, a player or a team that didn’t do well in the round; and ‘Apito da Galera’, with the opinion of fans on factual matters.
“We are going to do a lot of cool things. Articles, goals, rounds… I am very happy and satisfied”, declared Neto to Flávio Ricco’s column.
For the first time at the helm of a program on open TV, the presenter will remain in charge of ‘Os Donos da Bola’, from Monday to Friday, from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm for São Paulo, and of ‘Baita Amigos’ on BandSports, channel Band’s closed sport.
