Aiming to meet one of the main demands of the health sector, programs to support the patient’s journey, YuzuYello is expanding its offer in Brazil.
As part of the IPG Health holding, a global health communication and marketing network, which aims to be an accelerator of solutions for the sector, YuzuYello acts by identifying needs and developing customized solutions for the patient.
Joo Consorte, president of IPG Health Brasil, says that the health marketing sector was already demanding patient experience services. “Particularly because we work not only thinking about meeting the needs of this market, but also anticipating them and anticipating the delivery of solutions”, he says. With that in mind, he invited Theresa Monteiro to take over as head.
