Wieden+Kennedy, BETC Havas, JCDecaux: these were some of the companies that saw movements this week. A W+K announced its new leaders in its North American offices, including Felipe Ribeirocurrent CCO of W+K São Paulo, as coCCO of the Portland office, alongside Azsa West.
Another move was the arrival of Jason WhiteCMO of Fanatics, who will take over as president of the Portland office in October.
Already BETC Hasthe news was Gustavo Leite, new owner of the chair of head of strategy for the Santander operation. With almost two decades of experience, Gustavo has worked at Fischer, where he began his career, Ogilvy Lisboa (Portugal), DM9DDB, J. Walter Thompson and Publicis, where he was head of strategy for five years.
Leite has experience in the retail segment, having worked throughout his career with renowned brands such as Bradesco, Vivo, Nestl, Heineken, Shell, Ford, Honda, among others.
J na Hill+Knowlton Strategies, Marco Antonio Sabino will step down as CEO of the company as of the 30th. Sabino, who has been in the position since 2020, has been working with the company’s leadership in recent weeks in preparation for his departure, since announcing his decision internally.
The company also announced that Thiago Salles He was appointed managing director of H+K Brasil and will lead the company’s daily operations, including managing the team and providing customer service.
JCDecaux

Graduated from the Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing de Porto Alegre, the executive has been working in the market for 15 years, having focused most of her career on digital communications, in addition to having experience in political marketing.
New director at 3mais
Gui Loureiro the new director of the strategy area of 3mais. With more than two decades of experience in the communications market, Gui Loureiro will play a fundamental role in the development of marketing strategies integrated with data.
Having worked for agencies and media outlets, including Talent, Agncia Click and his most recent position at FutureBrand, Loureiro specializes in digital strategies, data intelligence, games marketing and digital influencers.
Tropical Film
Paula Soares the new producer of Tropical Film. She will pair with Felipe Rangel, who is already part of the cast. The professional has worked for agencies such as Master, NeogamaBBH, BETC Havas and more recently at the production company Rebolucion.
“I identified with the production company’s culture and this environment will certainly contribute to the accomplishment of incredible work. I hope to help make the processes increasingly fluid, without taking my eye off what matters: people”, he said.
Stage directors
A Santa Transmedia this week received the duo OLHOS, formed by the directors Rodolfo Sily e Bento Abreu, as the production company’s new stage directors. The duo has films for brands such as Coca-Cola, Ford, Samsung, Honda and Chivas in their portfolio.
