Actions take place in partnership with the PM and Artesp
“Life is always in transit. In traffic, choose life” is the motto of the educational campaign focusing on National Traffic Week, launched by Detran-SP this Friday, September 15th. The proposal is based on the premise of raising awareness among the population that, at different times, everyone can assume different roles in traffic, as drivers, conductors, passengers or pedestrians. Therefore, the law prioritizes respect for life.
The campaign pieces, created by the Babel agency, will be broadcast on television and radio stations and on the internet, in addition to being shown on street clocks in the capital.
With the support of Artesp, Transport Regulatory Agency of the State of São Paulo, Detran-SP will also reinforce the campaign slogan on 423 electronic panels distributed along 11.1 thousand kilometers of concession highways in São Paulo, in addition to messages on 500 gates. tolls throughout the state. Among the main points where the messages are conveyed are: Rodovia Bandeirantes (in the squares of Itupeva), Washington Luiz (in the squares of Rio Claro, Itirapina and So Jose do Rio Preto), in addition to the Rodovia Imigrantes, Anhanguera and Candido Portinari.
Detran-SP’s participation in National Traffic Week includes a partnership with the Military Police and the Traffic Policing Command to welcome, at the Command’s headquarters, in the capital of São Paulo, more than two thousand students aged 4 to 9 and 120 teachers from the public education network. Children will be invited to develop fun activities aimed at traffic education. The objective is to make them agents that disseminate safe behavior, thus contributing to the training of future conscious drivers.
