Ogilvy and WMcCann restructured their creative and media teams, respectively. At Ogilvy, the change happened in Magalu’s internal team. The first changes occurred with the promotion of Pedro Gouveia and the hiring of Denis Peraltawho now form the account’s creative duo.
With the change, the creative team now has 16 professionals, all focused on reformulated delivery intelligence, meeting strategic, performance and social media demands.
Already WMcCannwhoever arrived was Pedro Jdice, who will occupy the role of media director at the agency. Under the supervision of Andreia Abud, the agency’s VP of media, the professional will work on integrating media intelligence into the brands’ business plan.
Pedro worked at WMcCann from 2019 to 2021 as media supervisor for Thrive, Nestl’s media hub. Now, he has been invited to return to the agency as director of the front area of Grupo Petrpolis, which includes brands such as Itaipava, Crystal and Lokal, and Sam’s Club.

A Webmotors announced the arrival of Natalia Spigai as the company’s new CMO. The executive has more than 20 years of experience in leadership positions in Marketing in different sectors such as technology, mobile applications, fintech, consumer goods and services.
