The campaign, developed by Talent, has the concept of “We take care of what’s important to you”
Mapfre announced the launch of a multiplatform campaign that aims to value Auto, Vida and Agro products. The actions include two TV films, which will be broadcast on open, closed and regional TV, as well as pills and pieces for social networks and Spotify.
For the campaign, developed by Talent, the company used real characters to illustrate and give prominence to its brokers. The communication concept is based on the company’s tagline, “We take care of what’s important to you”, and brings brokers as consultants who can help in the lives of policyholders based on the needs of these clients.
“Our tagline says ‘We take care of what’s important to you’ but those who help throughout this process are the brokers. Nothing fairer than giving them this visibility and, with this, we are also able to bring a human and close tone to the public”, explained Thiago Brunelli, creative director at Talent.
For the TV films, one of the pieces focuses on Agro products, which explores the idea of how insurance is essential in the agribusiness ecosystem. The other film, broadcast on public television nationally, explores how car insurance goes beyond the benefits offered directly to the insured asset, the car, and highlights that the service is flexible for every type of budget.
Mapfre will also carry out an action with Band that will feature the presence of actor and influencer Cssio Reis. In the play, he will answer questions from the public with the help of the company’s brokers over 10 VTs.
“Mapfre’s strategy for this communication is to value our partner who makes our business have the importance and widespread action it has today. That’s why we chose for this campaign five professionals from different regions, who have a long relationship with us and who will represent the thousands of brokers who work with us”, added Tatiana Cerezer, Director of Communications and Marketing at Mapfre.
The strategy also includes lively radio spots and broadcasts on Spotify.
