Juliana Vilhena Nascimento, managing director of FCB/Six, will assume the presidency of the Customer Service and Business Group (GAN), for the 2024/25 period. The vice-presidency will be held by Fbio Meneghati, CEO of Greenz.
The announcement was made by current president Paulo Celso (PC) Freitas, general director of service for Africa, during a panel that brought together all presidents in the entity’s history, and was the grand finale of the GAN Summit 2023, an event that celebrated the entity’s 10 years .
With the theme of leading and making things happen, the event brought together renowned professionals from different areas of communication to discuss topics such as: ESG; good practices in competitions and customer relations; new forms of storytelling; macroeconomic panorama; artificial intelligence, the impact of new voices creating new economies; and the rapprochement of entertainment and advertising.

GAN Summit 2023 took place on the 10th, at the Blue Note space, in So Paulo, and was attended by a large number of professionals from agencies, advertisers and media outlets.
