The agreement aims to increase visibility for Brazilian sports and athletes in the competition
Subway announced sponsorship of the Brazilian Olympic Committee (COB) for the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.
The initiative aims to support Brazilian sport, giving visibility to different modalities and athletes, in addition to consolidating the brand’s positioning in the sports segment.
For sponsorship, the network launched the Somos grande campaign. We are Brazil, which makes a parallel with the greatness of Brazil and the Brazilian people.
We saw the COB sponsorship as an opportunity to give more visibility and recognition to athletes from different categories and considered new to the Olympics, exalting the greatness of Brazil and the Brazilian people who have always had a lot of determination and desire to win. The sponsorship is among the brand’s main investments for 2024 and we are excited to be part of this event that is so important for the sports community and for Brazilians, said Rodrigo Munaretto, Head of Marketing at Subway Brasil.
