Two significant names in the Brazilian advertising market, Filipe Simi, founder and CEO of Marketand Gabriela Rodrigues, vice-president of impact at the agency, presented this Tuesday afternoon (17) to the agencies associated with the Union of Advertising Agencies of the State of São Paulo (Sinapro-SP) the lecture Diversity and Inclusion in agencies: collective solutions to complex problems. The event was free and online, held on the Zoom platform and on the Union’s YouTube channel.
On the occasion, the duo brought concepts about the structure of privileges, representation and proportionality, highlighting lessons learned, mistakes, successes and challenges regarding diversity and inclusion.

Gabriela Rodrigues is a black lesbian woman with an impressive professional career. Having worked for several renowned agencies, she is currently vice president of impact at Soko, where she develops projects that demonstrate the connection between social impact and brand relevance. Furthermore, Gabriela was the winner of the Cabor Award in the Planning Professional category in 2021 and is part of the Cannes Global Growth Council.
