Sector will be led by Bruno Valena and Hugo Aranha, who will be based in NY
Africa Creative will restructure the design area, with the aim of expanding clients’ creation strategies. The sector will be led by the duo Bruno Valena and Hugo Aranha, who returned to the company after almost ten years.
Aranha remains living in New York, where he has lived for six years, and his mission is to bring an up-to-date look at trends and technology, ‘thus facilitating the bridge between what is most current in the designer universe abroad and Brazil’, he said Africa Creative.
Born in Recife and with much of his youth in Salvador, Bruno Valena has already spent 16 years in Africa. His journey began as an Assistant Designer, progressing to becoming the agency’s head of design/ECD. He has worked with clients such as Vivo, Budweiser and Heinz.
Aranha also worked as an art director in institutional communications and national and international political marketing, in addition to also accumulating experience as a designer on projects in the United States and Latin America.
