Silvia Silva will lead the operation of five areas of the agency
Until now director of digital products & growth, Silvia Silva takes on the role of COO at Jssi. In the new position, she will lead the operation of five areas, almost 20 executives and more than 300 professionals, with a view to maintaining the agency’s growth.
Furthermore, the executive aims to contribute to Jssi’s operations globally, expanding the scope within the WPP group. The agency already has clients in Dallas, New York and Chicago, where Silvia currently resides.
She will report to managing partner Marcos Del Valle.
The new COO has been at Jssi for over four years and has 16 years of experience in the marketing, advertising and product management market. He started at the agency in the Digital Products area, as Product Manager, in 2019.
The following year, Silvia took over general management of the products area in partnership with another manager at the agency. At the time, she was responsible for managing the Agility and Development teams, until taking over as director of the Digital Products & Growth area at Jssi, with more than 120 professionals and nine specialties.
