Raquel Albernaz takes on the role of Hershey’s head of marketing for Latin America, as the company announced this Tuesday (7). The executive has already worked on brand building, communication, innovation and strategic planning projects.
She has more than 13 years of experience in the industry with experience at Mondelez, iFood and Nestl, where she was director of consumer insights & market place and consumer engagement for the last two years.
At Hersheys, Raquel reinforces the company’s vision of female leadership. In addition to the global CEO, Michele Buck, general manager Larissa Diniz, in Latin America, 50% of the executive board of the chocolate giant is made up of women.
Raquel Albernaz has a degree in Business Administration from PUC-SP and is a coach trained at SLAC.
