A RD Station, a leading company in technology solutions for digital marketing and sales in Brazil, announced this Wednesday (8) its new portfolio of solutions, highlighting the application of artificial intelligence. The main launch announced was RD Station Mentor IA, a tool capable of generating content with a personalized tone of voice and improving the conversion of leads common chat humanized.
One of the product’s features, content generation will be made available to the market for free, with a focus on unlocking creative block, offering pre-formatted suggestions for creating pieces and marketing content, and democratizing access to trained artificial intelligence, impacting positively the productivity of companies.
AI has become a central element in several industries. In marketing and sales, as it evolves, it is further revolutionizing strategies, commercial practices and results. The Marketing Panorama survey, carried out by RD Station with more than 1,700 professionals in the sector, revealed that 60% of them already use Generative AI tools in their routines, and that 73% see AI as the most relevant strategy to generate more productivity in the coming years.
In this context, the company presents a set of AI solutions, in addition to including it in all its products, which can be trained with data from each company to automate day-to-day operations in a personalized way.

RD Station Mentor IA, the first solution presented by RD Station, has the main function of creating personalized content and strategies, through data, and improving service in a humanized and simple way. It has two main functionalities: Content Generation, with more than 20 tools ready to create content in different formats suggested by artificial intelligence, according to the tone of voice and the selected language; and My Assistant, a virtual assistant in chat format to be inserted into websites and pages, which captures information from the visitor through a fluid conversation, in addition to answering user questions. The biggest difference for chat tools is that, for this conversation to happen, it is not necessary to create a flow of questions and answers. By inserting content and directing which communication profile the intelligence will adopt, the conversation takes place without sounding like a robot. In addition, the company launched several features in its products, which use AI to automate day-to-day life, enhance strategies and insightsfreeing up professionals’ time so they can focus on other demands.
In addition to presenting the new artificial intelligence solutions, Tubino also highlighted important changes in the company’s brand portfolio, with the aim of connecting and further enhancing marketing and sales strategies and tools.
The conversational front, which was established with the acquisition of TALLOS, a startup specialized in conversational, in August 2022, now RD Conversas by Tallos, and comes as an evolution of the product, especially in the integration between RD Station Marketing and RD Station CRM, with The objective is to create an even more integrated strategy and journey, increasing sales results. Exact Sales, acquired in June this year, officially signs with the RD Station label, associating the authority of the two brands. And the e-commerce front, which also advanced with the launch of the first version of the integration of RD Station Marketing with Shopify, allowing for more complete segmentations and automations and relationship actions and cart recovery.
