O RD Summit 2023, the biggest Business Festival in Brazil, started this Wednesday (8) in So Paulo (SP), and promises to arrive with everything at Expo Center Norte, with the expectation of receiving more than 15 thousand participants over the three days of the event. Focused on Sales, Communication, Entrepreneurship, Technology and Innovation, the meeting is the perfect combination between Business, Education and Entertainment.
This year, the RD Summit, which was historically held in Florianpolis (SC), migrated to the capital of São Paulo, the center of the Brazilian economy, due to the growth of the event. In an exclusive interview with Adnews, Denis Braguini, director of Events at RD Summit, explained a little about the change, stating that the former CEO, Eric Santos, identified the opportunity to transform the company’s experiences into a product, investing in this strategy of in-person events and foster this ecosystem.
The event always took place in Florianpolis, but it became so big that, unfortunately, the city’s structure no longer supported the demand we had for the project. It was an event where we built part of the structure, because there is no event center that could accommodate the projection.said Braguini.
One of the main differences of the RD Summit is the hybrid format, which was already adopted before the Covid-19 pandemic. Since 2017, the event has delivered an online experience to participants. In this 9th edition, the RD Summit Reality Show takes place in parallel to the in-person event, functioning as a complementary event that does not broadcast everything that happens at the in-person event. With a series of exclusive interviews and lectures, access is free and anyone can follow the content.
Partner brands will also be present online, such as G4, one of the largest companies focused on executive education, which will have an official podcast within the event. The expectation is to receive between 40 and 60 thousand participants in this format, as last year, the event reached the mark of 30 thousand people watching remotely.
The RD Summit is a true three-day immersion that welcomes diverse professionals from all areas of activity and various company profiles. More than 60% of this audience are leaders, which enhances business generation. Furthermore, the event has nine content tracks, aimed mainly at Marketing, Sales, Innovation and Technology, with the aim of training professionals, while also providing Conversational tracks, Personal Development, Strategic Management, Diversity and Inclusion and E-Commerce, with more than 150 speakers delivering this content.
According to Braguini, the big focus of the year is Artificial Intelligence, a theme that will be present in several tracks. Conversational and the Use of Influencer Marketing are also themes that stand out.

Strengthening its commitment to education, entertainment and business, RD Summit has a series of partner brands, companies and institutions, bringing greater experiences to the public.
The biggest technology companies are present at the event, with Google subscribing to the AI track, TikTok having a proprietary stage and working on content more focused on influencer marketing, LinkedIn and among other partners. However, startups that are still growing are also welcome, after all, this is a way to launch yourself into the market and gain brand visibility.
The event features a Business Fair that has more than 20 thousand m2 and encompasses several initiatives, in addition to a space dedicated to receiving educational institutions, such as ESPM, FGVAllura, Conquer, FIATera, USPamong others, with a focus on boosting the careers of professionals who participate in the event.
For entertainment, the RD Summit offers a Gastronomic Fair with more than 70 food trucks, three partner restaurants and brands focused on gastronomy, meaning a lot of variety! And at the end of each of the three days, a great party was held with happy hour and presence of the official draft beer distributor, Heineken. To Magazine Billboard is signing the playlist of the event, and all the music you listen to is selected by them. Other sponsoring brands are GOL, SymplaThe Coffee e Unesco.
We really believe in this entertainment front, for the reason of enchanting the participant. The enchantment comes in the small details, all these initiatives are made exactly for that. And from the moment we took the event to So Paulo, we started to take ownership of things that the city is a reference to, like gastronomy. The RD Summit was created due to public demand. Initially, RD Station worked as a digital marketing solution, expanding into a platform with several intuitive and practical tools that help companies grow in a predictable and scalable way.
