Festival takes place between June 17th and 21st, on the French Riviera; award won a category for 2024
Cannes Lions launched the 2024 edition of the award, which will be held from June 17th to 21st, and announced that registrations will be open from January 18th of next year.
Recently, the launch of the Luxury & Lifestyle Lions was announced, which recognizes the transformation and disruption of brands’ creative marketing in the luxury space. And as part of next year’s awards updates, Mobile Lions will be retired.
The festival also announced an initiative that prioritizes underrepresented and underserved communities to participate in the Festival. According to the organization, any organization can apply for free passes, with priority given to registered charities.
In total, free passes worth €1 million will be provided, with allocations based on an eligibility scoring system. The Start-Up Pass will also be offered, which will offer small businesses and individuals the opportunity to access the Festival.
