CPB shares ‘Collaborative Guide for Black People in the Creative Market’

Guide recommends black people in the creative market and companies made by and for the black community

The black and brown population of Brazil represents 56% of Brazilians, as shown by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE). However, in advertising agencies and communication companies it is still difficult to find teams that reflect this Brazilian reality.

The ‘Collaborative Guide to Black People in the Creative Market’, shared by Casa Publicadora Brasileira (CPB), says that building more representative teams depends on who raises creative projects, deals with communication, organizes campaigns and films, plans content and nominates professionals to join teams.

Thus, the guide was born with the desire to help and change, in practice, the advertising market, with recommendations from black people in the creative market and companies created by and for the black community.
