Spotify will make Spotify Audience Network available in other countries around the world, including Brazil, Mexico, Sweden and Japan.
The Spotify Audience Network is a marketplace dedicated to selling advertising in audio format. This environment facilitates the connection between advertisers of different sizes and a large audience, present in different content available on Spotify, both online and offline. This encompasses not only Spotify’s exclusive original productions, but also covers independent productions available in their specific markets.

- Starting November 16th, advertisers in Brazil, Mexico, Sweden and Japan will be able to reach podcast listeners at scale through the Spotify Audience Network
- The audio advertising marketplace connects advertisers with listeners using audience-based targeting tools as they listen to their favorite shows.
- Advertisers from these countries will be able to reach their target audience, at scale on Spotify, online or offline
- For creators, the Spotify Audience Network allows your podcasts to be monetized based on the impressions of your audience
- Spotify will extend its Automated Ads program to some selected creators in Brazil. Automated Ads connects creators with global advertising brands through the Spotify Audience Network
- For podcast creators with a global audience or a smaller podcaster with a loyal and loyal fan base, opting for the Spotify Audience Network will give creators access at scale to market advertisers who are interested in reaching their audience.
This expansion represents a sequence of investments made by Spotify, aiming to take podcast and audio advertising to a new level, driven by the constant growth of global audiences. These investments include initiatives such as Streaming Ad Insertion, the Broadcast-to-Podcast tool and Spotify Brand Lift.
