In an effort to promote the inclusion of diverse voices in the Brazilian press, FSB Holding presents the first Black and Indigenous Voices Source Guide. Launched last Friday (17), the material highlights spokespeople from companies that are clients of FSB Communication, LouresRighteous, Silk, Jotacom e F5which make up the company’s corporate reputation management ecosystem holding.
We know that promoting more diverse and inclusive spaces involves hard and constant work, and this guide represents an advance for our market. Our goal is for the guide to be increasingly lively and dynamic, we will improve it and generate more and more representation, highlights the leader of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at FSB Holding, Mayara Teodoro.
In line with the celebrations of Black Consciousness Month, the guide brings together more than 100 black and indigenous leaders, consultants and references in various areas of business, and aims to be a valuable source for the press. FSB Holding’s Director of Communications and Marketing, Neivia Justa, states that the guide will be updated periodically, and reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
In June this year, we launched the Female Voices Source Guideand now we launch the Black and Indigenous Voices Source Guideboth with the purpose of increasing the visibility of spokespeople for underrepresented groups. We created a process of constant mapping of our clients’ spokespeople to form a large bank of sources that could soon include other sections and intersectionalities of human diversity, comments Neivia Justa.
It is worth highlighting the success of the first edition of the Female Voices Source Guidewhich brought together more than 250 women in leadership positions, covering different sectors and specialties among FSB Holding’s clients.
The creation of Black and Indigenous Voices Source Guide an initiative by Razes, one of the affinity groups of Ao Diversidade, FSB Holding’s internal Diversity, Equity and Inclusion program. More than 40 professionals voluntarily collaborated to make this project possible.
