Brand proposes to offer a new gastronomic experience to travelers
Seara Gourmet opens its restaurant at Guarulhos International Airport, in So Paulo, this Wednesday (11/22).
Named ‘Seara Gourmet The Experience’, the restaurant will be open 24 hours a day and offer an exclusive menu designed by chefs for passengers. The brand’s proposal is to be even closer to its consumers, offering a gourmet moment, even in quick meals.
We know the importance of Food Service for a complete brand experience, which ranges from a menu created by chefs to excellent service and hospitality. The consumer is eager for new things and wants to have good experiences when consumed outside the home, especially during leisure time with the family, or on a business trip, says Joice Fernandes, director of Seara Food Solutions.
The entire operation of The Experience restaurant will be handled by the FIT Group, Seara’s partners. To create the menu, the brand was concerned with understanding all the moments of passenger consumption, whether for a quick stop on a business flight or longer layovers on a vacation trip.
