The Omelete Company announced the incorporation of Chippu as its new business unit. Starting this Thursday (23), the platform becomes one of the official brands of the Holding, which already has Omelete, The Enemy, Gaules, Baiano, BIG and CCXP.
The new unit will be under the command of Fbio Reis, CMCO of the business unit, and with editorial management by Jorge Corra. Chippu’s founding partners, Thiago Romariz and Luigi Pedroni, will remain engaged in their participation in the business, while Thamer Hatem remains an advisor to the company.
Thiago Romariz returns to Omelete as Director of Content and Innovation, Luigi Pedroni takes over as Director of Technology of the content unit and the Chippu team of employees will also be part of the O&CO team.
