Flávia Crtes assumes the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) ofDPZadvertising agency responsible for brands such as Nescaf,Pizza Hut, Starbucks, Electrolux, Yp, Renault, among others. Previously holding the position of Vice President of Business and Operations, Flávia brings with her to her new position a vast experience in the market.

Flvia has been working for almost 10 yearsPublicis Group, 7 of them at Publicis and, more recently, serving as VP of Operations at DPZ since 2021. Additionally, she led operations for major brands internationally during her time at the former JWT Argentina, New York and almost 4 years in Singapore. In Brazil, she left her mark at the former JWT, Ogilvy and Wieden + Kennedy.
During the 2-year period of DPZ’s transformation, Flávia was fundamental in bringing a contemporary ethic to the management of the operation, with work committed to data and observations that opened the agency’s eyes to what happens on a daily basis, in order to optimize or review processes, design the best structure for customers and take care of teams.
