Silvia Ruiz added to her role as head of innovation and strategy the relationship with clients and the Omnicom PR Group
CDN announced the promotion of Silvia Ruiz, who will now occupy the position of executive vice-president of the agency. The professional, who has been with the company since 2015, holds the position of head of innovation and strategy.
Now, Silvia has added to her current functions the strategic relationship with the main clients and with the Omnicom PR Group, the Omnicom vertical that controls CDN, to extract new business opportunities and synergy with the holding’s other agencies.
Communication has been undergoing transformation at a dizzying pace and this requires leaders with capabilities that go beyond navigating digital or absorbing innovations such as artificial intelligence, for example, which was my role when I arrived at CDN as head of innovation and strategy. It no longer makes sense to act in silos. My role now will be to orchestrate people, to bring together transversal teams for each project, providing more strategy and creativity as a whole for our clients, said the executive.
Throughout her career, Silvia was one of the leaders in the process of building CDN’s new positioning, launched in 2021, and as a journalist she worked in several editorial offices of some of the country’s main media outlets and communication groups, including Folha de S.Paulo This is the season and April.
