The event will have the theme of Brazil at the center of the world and will take place at the Rio de Janeiro Planetarium
The Brazilian Marketing and Business Association (ABMN) will hold the 2023 Contemporary Marketing Award, which celebrates 50 years, on December 11th, at the Rio de Janeiro Planetarium, located in the Gvea neighborhood.
This year’s award theme is Brazil at the center of the world and uses as a reference the world map prepared by the North American company Geo Systems, responsible for NASA projects.
The map aims to reverse the idea, supposedly spread by traditional maps, that Brazil occupies a peripheral position on the planet.
The image of Brazil in a central position on the world map draws attention to our relevant position on the world stage, in the marketing, business sector and our economic development as a whole. This perception is in line with ABMN’s performance and with the very high level of professionals who participate in the Association and will be honored in this year’s edition of the Award, said Thomaz Naves, president of the Association.
The award aims to recognize people and institutions that build legacies in Brazilian marketing.
