In this last week of November, agencies were the companies that saw the most movement. At DPZ, Flvia Crtes assumed the position of COO until then, she was VP of business and operations.
The executive has been with the Publicis Group for ten years, seven of them at Publicis and, more recently, serving as VP of operations at DPZ since 2021.
Additionally, she led operations for major brands internationally during her time at the former JWT Argentina, New York and almost four years in Singapore. In Brazil, she left her mark at the former JWT, Ogilvy and Wieden + Kennedy.
J na WMcCann, two reinforcements arrived for the creation Carol Patrocinio and Andr Leotta. The duo will join the other DCs and ECDs led by the agency’s CCO, Dani Ribeiroto bring new perspectives to the creation, execution, implementation of ideas and projects for Chevrolet.
With a 20-year career, Carol Patrocinio graduated in Journalism from the Methodist University of São Paulo and has stints at Africa Creative, Remix, New Content, Trip, UOL, iG, Vrgula and Yahoo!.
J Andr Leotta joins the team bringing a vast experience of four years at Publicis Brasil, eight years at AlmapBBDO and stints at Jung Von Matt, Mohallem/Artplan and McCann Erickson (currently WMcCann).
Managing director
A Mediabrands hired Carlinha Gagliardi as managing director in its specialized business unit, Orion. With more than two decades of experience in the segment, the executive has worked for media companies and advertising agencies in Brazil.
Carlinha began her career in digital media when she was media director at Wunderman, Rapp Collins and Loducca, looking after brands such as Mastercard, Pepsico and Ita. The executive was also part of the first Trading Desk Outsourcing project in Brazil, for Ita.
creative director
Gabriel Silva arrived this week at iD\TBWA to be the new associate creative director. The professional, who has worked for agencies such as WMcCann, W3Haus and Mutato, will be responsible for managing accounts such as Allianz Seguros, Philips Avent and Philips Personal Care, in addition to the teams linked to them.
With almost 15 years of career, Silva studied commercial direction and creation at ESPM, and has a bachelor’s degree in social communications from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul on his CV.
The professional began his career as a writer in Porto Alegre and has been in São Paulo for seven years. In addition to working in several agencies, during this period, he also started teaching digital classes at Miami Ad School.
Low in LBTM
Having worked at J. Walter Thompson and Ogilvy Brasil, Helosa Goldman is no longer in charge of the media division of Leo Burnett Tailor Made. She has been with the Publicis Group agency in the Brazilian market since 2021.
Propmark’s source was unable to specify whether Helosa made the decision on her own initiative or whether she was terminated by Publicis. The source guarantees, however, that layoffs are scheduled for this year.

O Pinterest announced an internal change with the new position of business director for Brazilwhich will now be occupied by Rogrio Nicolai. The executive arrived on the platform in January 2021 with the role of head of mid-market sales for Latin America and, later, became head of retail, fashion, finance, tech and telecom.
In his new role, Nicolai will be responsible for the entire sales team at the office in São Paulo and will report directly to Andrew Loureiroexecutive director for Latin America.
Silvia Ruiz
A CDN announced the promotion of Silvia Ruiz, who will now occupy the position of executive vice-president of the agency. The professional, who has been with the company since 2015, holds the position of head of innovation and strategy.
Now, Silvia has added to her current functions the strategic relationship with the main clients and with the Omnicom PR Group, the Omnicom vertical that controls CDN, to extract new business opportunities and synergy with the holding’s other agencies.

A Prdigo promoted Anna Chrysostom executive production director of the advertising area. She joined the production company’s advertising team in 2021. The executive began her career in the RTVC department at DM9DDB and then worked at Lew’Lara\TBWA. She has worked at Cine, Delicatessen and was one of the founders of Alice Filmes.
