Titled “Nike App”, the new channel aims to bring the brand closer to consumers
Nike announced the official launch of its application in Brazil, the Nike App, with the aim of providing personalized access to consumers, through exclusive products, services and benefits for Members.
Using the new channel, the brand wants to accelerate its culture of innovation by leveraging digital touchpoints that provide a closer experience between Nike and the consumer.
“We know that our consumers are loyal to the brand, interested in exclusive benefits and anticipated news, so we researched and developed an app to bring the latest from the Nike ecosystem. This is a way of connecting even more with the public and present the sport in a light and pleasant way in each person’s daily life”, said Gustavo Viana, marketing director at Fisia, Nike’s official distributor in Brazil.
