American company enters into joint venture with Rebolucion to operate in Brazilian advertising
Through its joint venture Anonymous Content Brazil, Anonymous Content entered into a partnership with Rebolucion and About Entertainment to open an operation focused on the production of advertising films.
The operations will be in Brazil and in all other countries in Latin America.
With this agreement, Rebolucion becomes a minority shareholder in the advertising division and provides all the operational support and know-how to add expertise to the Anonymous Content brand, which already operates with advertising in the United States and the United Kingdom.
Based in So Paulo, Anonymous Content Brazil has been operating in the country since 2019, but with a focus on the audiovisual market for TV series and films. Now, with the partnership established with Rebolucion, it is turning to the Latin American advertising market as a complementary operation to its entertainment content production activities.
The new division aims to expand business opportunities in Brazil and other Latin American countries in a strategic way, building opportunities for talents and clients through synergy between areas.
Present in Brazil since 2011, Rebolucion will continue to operate independently in the country, at the same time as providing strategic and commercial support to the new commercial division of Anonymous Content Brazil for audiovisual advertising production, in which it will have a minority stake.
